BruntWork is seeking a proactive Technical Support Coordinator – Web Hosting for a 100% remote position. You will serve as the first line of defense, using monitoring tools to safeguard seamless web experiences across client sites and empower development teams to focus on major projects.

You will manage tickets, verify downtime alerts, and maintain clear client communications while adapting to flexible hours across time zones in a remote setup.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail for precise visual comparison and error detection.
• Excellent written communication for professional client follow-ups.
• Basic computer skills and comfort navigating websites and new digital tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment following established processes.
• Experience with digital ticketing systems or customer support platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor automated website alerts from BlogVault software for updates and downtime notices.
• Perform visual comparisons of before/after screenshots to isolate real changes from false alerts.
• Conduct rapid visual inspections of live client websites to flag errors.
• Follow up on pending tickets after 3+ days with professional reminders.
• Manage internal ticket flow rules and ensure tickets progress in the tracking system.
• Verify whether downtime alerts represent genuine issues or monitor malfunctions.
• Maintain tracking files for active tickets, updates, and client communications.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the development team when needed.
