Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Level 1–2 IT Support Technician to join a fast-paced MSP environment. You will provide end-user support across multiple clients, manage tickets, and deliver chat and phone-based technical assistance.

This independent contractor role offers permanent work-from-home with EST-aligned hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM) and exposure to ConnectWise, Autotask, and RMM tools. Strong English communication and multi-client support are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years MSP/IT support experience.
• Experience with PSA tools such as ConnectWise or Autotask.
• Experience with RMM tools and remote monitoring platforms.
• Experience supporting multi-client environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and English communication for phone support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 technical support to end users across multiple client environments.
• Handle support requests via chat, ticketing systems, and phone support.
• Troubleshoot common IT issues including user access, software, and basic networking.
• Manage and update tickets using PSA tools (ConnectWise, Autotask).
• Support multiple clients simultaneously in multi-tenant environments and escalate when needed.
• Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and client interactions; ensure SLA timelines.
