Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to support customer onboarding, service delivery, and implementation activities from a work-from-home setup with night shifts. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely deployments and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in related operations, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer onboarding, service delivery, implementation support or related environments.
• Experience supporting repeatable customer deployments or service requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors or third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer deployments using established workflows, timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure process compliance.
• Document tickets and status notes in internal systems.
• Coordinate equipment orders, shipment tracking, and vendor follow-up when needed.
• Support service delivery with defined handoffs and escalation paths.
