Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding, deployment coordination, and service delivery from a remote home-based role in the Philippines. You will work night shifts, collaborate with internal teams and third parties, and maintain accurate records in CRM/ticketing systems.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in onboarding or implementation support and is comfortable navigating cross-functional environments while following defined processes and timelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer onboarding or service delivery experience.
• Experience deploying or supporting repeatable deployments in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, or partners to hit timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support initial customer onboarding and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain records, documentation, and updates in ticketing/CRM systems.
• Monitor requests and ensure process compliance across deployments.
• Follow workflows, handoffs, and escalation paths for deployments.
