MicroSourcing is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join our team remotely. You will coordinate multiple project teams, manage billing issues, and generate reports while ensuring timely project close-out and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Construction background.
• Purchasing experience.
• Norad and Oracle experience, is a huge plus.
• Telecom experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate the work of multiple project teams.
• Identify and remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with emphasis on billing issues.
• Maintain and update the company database.
• Generate reports and use VLOOKUP in Excel.
• Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and close-out manuals.
• Communicate discrepancies in production and supporting documentation to prevent invoicing delays.
• Monitor and update project budgets.
• Handle correspondence with customers regarding invoice submission and status.
• Close project tasks on time with accuracy.
