You will conduct outreach, verify contractor eligibility, and manage service requests using CRM tools, while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, efficient queue management, and proactive workload planning to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform prospecting and outreach.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to homeowners, vendors, and loan officers.
• Inbound customer service for homeowners, vendors, and loan officers.
• Prospecting (cold calling) to fill jobs quickly.
• Verify contractor meets standards before outreach.
• Understand homeowner needs and relay to contractor.
• Match new and existing pros to service requests.
• Quality check queue for complete info; coordinate with team.
• Complete communications and follow-ups on time.
• Assess workload and adjust priorities to meet goals.
• Develop positive relationships with service providers.
• Explain Househappy products and services using templates/FAQs.
• Enter service requests for urgent needs or ballpark estimates.
• Explain promotional offers with a soft approach.
• Meet daily activity targets.
• Review service requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify info gaps to engage pros.
• Contact homeowners for missing/clarified info.
• Follow up on queue within approved timelines using scripts.
• Log all communications in CRM.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
