Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Project Coordinator to oversee daily operations across multiple project teams, ensuring timely delivery while removing barriers. You will manage financials, reporting, and documentation workflows to maintain project health.

The role requires strong Excel expertise, admin excellence, and clear communication with vendors and stakeholders in a remote work setup. Night shift availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables and data analytics.
• Proven experience tracking purchase orders, invoices, and project funding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for handling external vendor relations.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining project manuals, contracts, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the daily operations of multiple project teams while identifying and removing barriers to successful completion.
• Manage complex financial tracking, including balancing revenues, expenses, and quality-controlling internal and subcontractor invoicing.
• Generate customized reports, pivot tables, and advanced analytics using Excel.
• Coordinate all correspondence and documentation between general contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Execute the creation and tracking of contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and comprehensive project close-out manuals.
