You will own end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates globally with emphasis on technical profiles, coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding, and partnering with hiring managers to refine requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and pipeline management.
• Experience recruiting for technology/IT roles is highly desirable.
• Proficient with modern recruiting platforms, ATS, sourcing engines, and networks.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional interviews and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Source and engage qualified talent via job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and convert passive prospects.
• Conduct structured initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate hiring process to move candidates smoothly through stages.
• Support onboarding with documentation and orientation scheduling.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain candidate records.
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to optimize hiring workflows.
