Job summary

Arca.ph is seeking a full-cycle technical recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for software engineers and related technical roles. You will translate client requirements into a search strategy, source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray, GitHub, and ATS, and conduct structured interviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years focused on software engineering or closely related technical roles.
• Direct experience recruiting at a company, staffing firm, recruitment agency, outsourcing provider, or remote-talent company.
• Track record of sourcing, screening, and placing mid-level and senior technical candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to explain the difference between a strong engineer and an average candidate using evidence rather than intuition.
• Working knowledge of frontend versus backend, APIs, databases, testing, debugging, version control, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and placement.
• Translate client requirements into a clear search strategy and screening plan.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, GitHub, tech communities, job boards, referrals, and ATS.
• Recruit and screen software engineers and other technical roles including QA, DevOps, data professionals.
• Conduct structured recruiter screens covering technical background, ownership, problem-solving, communication, remote-work readiness, and availability.
• Use role-appropriate screens such as project reviews, live problem-solving, and assessment administration.
• Write evidence-based candidate summaries that explain fit or gaps.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and pipelines; provide timely follow-ups and metrics.
