Job summary

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for senior developers and other technical roles across its brands. The role focuses on building pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and coordinating assessments with engineering leads, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The position is fully remote, based in the Philippines, with a 9:00 am-5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time schedule and collaboration with People and Development teams to refine

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven success hiring long-term developers (senior level).
• Basic understanding of developer stacks and engineering workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, Manatal, and Boolean search methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, and referrals.
• Identify and engage passive candidates, particularly senior-level developers.
• Coordinate technical assessments with engineering leads.
• Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers and teams.
