Job summary

Jeeves is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for engineering, product, and data roles across our distributed teams. You will partner with engineering leaders to build pipelines, screen for technical fluency, and shape scalable sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience, LatAm focus (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil), and strong proficiency with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, or HireEZ.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in technical roles.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
LatAm recruiting experience, including Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.
Hands-on with ATS and modern sourcing stacks.
Proven track record closing senior technical hires.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and data roles.
Partner with engineering leaders to translate requirements into search strategies.
Build and execute sourcing strategies across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and communities.
Conduct technical pre-screens and provide real signal to hiring managers.
Drive data-driven hiring metrics and improve processes.
Lead end-to-end candidate experience from posting to onboarding.
