Job summary

People Culture Talent is seeking a Talent Partner to lead end-to-end technical searches for engineering and related functions across early to growth-stage startups.

This remote role offers autonomy, a high bar for quality, and the chance to build repeatable recruiting processes while collaborating with founders and technical leaders. Expect 4–5 hours overlap with PT timezone for collaboration and candidate coordination.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical recruiting, including senior and staff-level searches.
• Strong sourcing and mapping skills with Boolean/search tools.
• Experience partnering with founders and CTO-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build structured interview processes.
• Proficiency with ATS (Ashby a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle technical searches across Engineering and adjacent functions.
• Partner with founders and VP-level leaders to align on hiring criteria.
• Architect structured interview processes for first-time hiring managers.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitive analysis to locate top candidates.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
• Screen and evaluate senior+ technical talent.
• Track pipeline health and progress, communicating with clients.
• Collaborate with PCT's Technical Sourcers on targeting strategy.
