Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technology/IT or specialized roles is highly desirable.
• Proficient with modern recruiting platforms and ATS tools.
• Strong candidates sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional interviews and outreach.
• Able to manage high-volume recruitment independently and accurately.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent through job boards, networks, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, converting passive to active candidates.
• Conduct structured initial interviews evaluating qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate hiring processes and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain accurate candidate data.
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to optimize hiring workflows.
