People Culture Talent is seeking a Talent Partner to drive end-to-end technical recruiting for diverse clients, from pre‑seed to pre‑IPO. The role emphasizes autonomy, high‑quality hires, and repeatable yet flexible processes.

You will work remotely with ~4–5 hours overlap in PT business hours, partnering with founders and technical leaders. The role calls for strategic sourcing, deep market mapping, and rigorous candidate assessment to raise the bar for hire quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical recruiting inside product‑led or SaaS companies.
• Owned senior and staff+ searches end‑to‑end with credibility to engage CTOs.
• Familiar with AI tools and evolving recruiting tech.
• Able to operate autonomously and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle technical searches across Engineering and adjacent functions.
• Partner directly with founders and VP‑level leaders to align on hiring criteria.
• Architect structured, high‑signal interview processes for first‑time hiring managers.
• Conduct deep talent mapping and competitive analyses to locate top candidates.
• Create sourcing strategies to build diverse, high‑quality pipelines.
• Screen and evaluate senior+ technical talent with sound judgment.
• Track pipeline health and search progress to optimize approach.
• Collaborate with Technical Sourcers to align targeting and speed up searches.
