Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to find candidates for difficult or niche roles.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for uncovering hidden talent.
• Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, etc.).
• Ability to think outside the box and try unconventional approaches.
• Excellent research and investigative skills.
• Strong communication and outreach abilities.
• Experience in agency or in-house recruiting (nice to have).
• Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search, etc.)
• Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments (nice to have).
