ClearDesk is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and connect top talent for U.S.-based clients from a remote setting. You will build candidate relationships, manage pipelines, and drive hiring processes with our team leads.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment, strong English, and experience with ATS and proactive sourcing. This role requires US time-zone availability and a commitment to remote collaboration.

Qualifications

2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment.
Full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced settings.
Able to work US time zone schedule.
Experience in volume recruitment and proactive sourcing.
Experience screening beyond resumes.
Familiar with sourcing strategies and LinkedIn outreach.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles.
Strong English written and spoken communication.
Know how to use ATS and stay organized in a remote setup.
Enjoy helping others succeed and improving processes.
Technical setup readiness (backup internet, suitable device, etc.).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand open roles and develop sourcing plans.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills and fit.
Conduct video interviews and assess alignment with client expectations.
Use ATS to manage pipelines and keep data organized.
Communicate updates clearly and flag delays or blockers.
Help refine job descriptions and outreach templates.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and global hiring best practices.
