Job summary

Avid is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to fuel the Talent Acquisition function by building high-quality candidate pipelines across technical and business functions. This role helps standardize hiring by reviewing applicants, identifying qualified talent, and presenting curated shortlists to hiring managers.

You will own proactive sourcing for confidential and business-critical searches, collaborate with TA Partners on priorities, and improve hiring speed and pipeline health while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related function.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday or similar recruiting technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build qualified talent pipelines across technical, business, and corporate functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methods, referrals, and talent communities.
• Review inbound applications, evaluate candidate fit, and present curated shortlists to hiring managers; own proactive sourcing for confidential and hard-to-fill searches.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners during intake meetings to understand hiring priorities and communicate market insights and pipeline health.
• Maintain candidate records and sourcing activity in Workday and related recruiting tools, ensuring timely handoffs and compliance.
• Foster relationships with TA Partners, hiring managers, HR, and Talent Enablement to support consistent recruiting practices and a strong candidate experience.
• Conduct market research and pipeline analysis to strengthen sourcing strategies and workforce planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and recruiting efficiency through continuous process improvement.
• Expand knowledge of SaaS job families, technical disciplines, labor market trends, and best practices.
