Hunt St is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI roles. You will own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate management and interview coordination, working closely with the founder in a fast-paced, relationship-driven setting.

The role requires strong sourcing; technical hiring experience; excellent English communication; and comfort with independent contractor engagement for remote work with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or technical hiring.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Experience placing technical roles with a solid understanding of the candidate market.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles independently.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment workflows.
• Comfortable working closely with a founder in a fast-moving, lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and shortlisting processes.
• Write and post compelling and accurate job advertisements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and clients.
• Build long-term relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Manage recruitment workflows and ATS systems efficiently.
• Support the founder with talent mapping and market research.
• Provide market insights and hiring intelligence when needed.
• Maintain organized recruitment pipelines and candidate records.
