Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a proactive Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to drive sourcing initiatives across functions in a fully remote setup. You will identify, engage, and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

You should be experienced in talent sourcing, with strong networking and communication skills, and comfortable working independently from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Strong candidate identification and engagement skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience supporting regional or international hiring is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across various functions and levels.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor insights to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process.
• Track sourcing effectiveness and contribute to continuous process improvements.
