Job summary

HireHawk is seeking an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to source and place talent for U.S.-based digital commerce teams. This is a full-time contractor role, remote with priority given to candidates aligned with U.S.

business hours (PST preferred). You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, conduct structured interviews, and collaborate with clients to close offers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce positions (Manager, Digital Marketing, CRM, Operations, Product, Tech).
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients with ATS tools such as Workable.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies.
