Job summary

Inncelerator is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, assess and hire across remote and regional teams. You will work with business leaders to understand real needs, screen candidates carefully and push hiring forward with structure and urgency.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines for remote roles, write precise job adverts, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely process.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in talent acquisition, recruitment or people operations.
• Experience hiring for remote teams or regional roles.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards and direct search.
• Confident interviewing with ability to assess communication and role fit.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from briefing through offer across operations, marketing, support, administration, travel, digital and project roles.
• Write clear adverts that reflect the role and attract candidates.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and social platforms.
• Screen CVs focusing on capability, attitude and fit for the role.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide structured feedback to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview steps, follow-ups and hiring updates.
• Support offer discussions and align expectations and working setup.
• Build strong pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across remote teams.
• Track sourcing channels and candidate availability, sharing market insights with managers.
• Maintain records, trackers and recruitment metrics to improve processes.
