Job summary

LogiScale Inc. is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to own end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles. You will act as a talent advisor and brand ambassador, building pipelines and delivering a superb candidate experience.

You will source through LinkedIn, Indeed, training institutes and referrals, conduct thorough screenings, and partner with hiring managers for fast, high-quality fills. This role offers remote work and night shift coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles involving full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience handling volume recruitment across multiple roles.
• Skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong English proficiency.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Source active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
• Screen candidates and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for key roles and reduce vacancy duration.
