The ideal candidate has strong English skills, experience with high-volume recruitment, and comfort with MS Office and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
• At least 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting and talent acquisition.
• HR experience preferred.
• Willing to work from home permanently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle screening interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage candidate experience from contact to offer stage.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Maintain documentation and records of applicant information.
