Inncelerator is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, assess and hire across remote and regional teams. You will work with business leaders to understand real needs, screen candidates carefully and push hiring forward with structure and urgency.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines for remote roles, write precise job adverts, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely process.

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, assess and hire the right talent across remote and regional teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to source well, screen carefully, and move hiring processes forward with structure, urgency, and good judgement.
You will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand what each team really needs, not just what is written in a job description. The right person will be confident working independently, comfortable hiring for a range of functions and able to bring discipline to a busy recruitment environment.
Manage recruitment from job briefing through to offer stage for roles across operations, marketing, customer support, administration, travel, digital and project support
Write clear job adverts that reflect the role accurately and attract suitable candidates
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social platforms and relevant talent communities
Screen CVs and applications carefully, focusing on capability, communication, attitude and role fit
Conduct initial interviews and provide clear, structured feedback to hiring managers
Coordinate interview stages, follow-ups, candidate communication and hiring updates
Support offer discussions and ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the role, expectations and working setup
Build strong pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across remote teams
Identify where strong candidates are likely to be found based on the role, market and salary level
Maintain an organised pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs
Track which sourcing channels are producing the strongest applicants
Share practical market insights with hiring managers, including candidate availability, salary expectations and hiring challenges
Work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success measures and must-have skills
Challenge vague or unrealistic hiring requirements in a professional and solutions-focused way
Help hiring managers understand market realities and candidate expectations
Keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress, risks and next steps
Ensure recruitment conversations remain focused, fair and aligned with business needs
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate notes and hiring trackers
Track recruitment activity, including number of applicants, shortlisted candidates, interview progress and hiring outcomes
Monitor time to hire, source quality and offer acceptance trends
Help improve recruitment templates, interview questions and hiring workflows
Ensure hiring processes are consistent, organised and easy for stakeholders to follow
Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the process
Represent Inncelerator clearly and positively in every candidate interaction
Set realistic expectations around the role, working hours, remote setup and performance requirements
Ensure candidates understand the company culture, pace and level of ownership expected
Handle unsuccessful candidates respectfully and professionally
Support fair and consistent hiring practices across all roles
Ensure candidate information is handled confidentially and responsibly
Be mindful of local hiring considerations when recruiting across different markets
Support basic employment documentation and onboarding coordination where required
Escalate any hiring risks, unclear employment arrangements, or compliance concerns to management
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or people operations
Experience hiring for remote teams or regional roles
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards and direct search methods
Confident interviewing skills with the ability to assess communication, ownership and role fit
Strong written and spoken English
Good stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior team members
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
A practical, commercial mindset and the ability to move quickly without losing accuracy
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
High attention to detail when managing candidate records, trackers and hiring updates
A clear, professional communication style with both candidates and internal teams
A strong sense of ownership and accountability
