Job summary

SmartScale360 is hiring a Recruitment Specialist (BPO Hiring Experience) to support our U.S.-based clients by managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You will source qualified candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and build talent pipelines using ATS and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, staffing, or HR.
• Experience with U.S.-based recruitment and sourcing across roles.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and more.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, managers, and clients.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS/CRM tools.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Manage candidate communications and provide a great candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and support onboarding.
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies.
