Job summary

SmartScale360 is hiring a Staffing Specialist (Remote) to support our growing U.S.-based clients by managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. You'll identify top talent, coordinate hiring activities, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Candidate Sourcing.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS/CRM platforms.
• Track recruitment metrics and monitor sourcing performance.
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth experience.
