Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to support daily supply chain, inventory, and customer operations. You will ensure accurate order processing, maintain inventory data, monitor delivery performance, and provide administrative support across the supply chain function.

You will collaborate with customer service, demand planning, and logistics teams to improve efficiency. This role offers a WFH setup with day shifts, competitive rewards including healthcare coverage on Day 1 for you

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations Administration role.
• Experience processing sales orders or supporting customer service within an order management or ERP system.
• Experience using Cin7 or a similar ERP/inventory/warehouse management system.
• Strong attention to detail with data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify POD documents and report discrepancies.
• Update pricing files in Cin7 or inventory system.
• Process and validate customer sales orders.
• Provide admin support to Demand Planner and inventory tasks.
• Prepare DIFOT reports to monitor performance.
• Assist with inventory and reporting using Excel.
• Maintain records across ERP and inventory systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support AI tools and automation initiatives in processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation.
