The role focuses on purchases, inventory management, and ERP data upkeep to ensure smooth operations for our Australian client.

The successful candidate will handle POs, reporting, shipping coordination, data entry in ERP, and supplier liaison while benefiting from weekly pay, HMO enrollment, and ongoing salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and inventory processes is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and expedite purchase orders.
• Generate expediting and stock replenishment reports.
• Monitor shipments and provide updates on delivery status.
• Maintain Material Master Data in ERP system.
• Process PO/quote requests and liaise with suppliers.
• Manage purchasing emails and prepare invoices for payment.
