Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading Filipino provider of managed services, seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator to bolster its revenue engine. You will manage admin, logistics, and cross‑department workflows to help the sales team close deals and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in admin, operations coordinator, or sales support role, preferably in construction/MEP/real estate.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platform.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational liaison between Sales and core service divisions to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Coordinate new service agreement handoffs to the Service team and support data collection.
• Manage new customer handoffs to the Controls team; track pricing and rebates; maintain records.
• Facilitate installation project handoffs; ensure documents are complete and accessible.
• Coordinate conference and trade show logistics; source materials and manage on-site setup.
• Create deal records in HubSpot; organize Drive folders; maintain contracts and proposals.
• Draft and send onboarding communications; support proposal development and attachments.
• Support marketing lists, campaigns, and data hygiene using HubSpot and related tools.
