Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Specialist to support revenue growth from a home-based setup. You will coordinate across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience, handling administrative workflows and ensuring smooth Handoffs to service, controls, and installation teams.

The role requires strong organization, detail orientation, and experience in a multi-division environment with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace. Flexibility and collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in administrative, operations coordinator, or sales support roles in related industries.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot highly preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
• Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational liaison between Sales and service divisions to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Coordinate new service agreement handoffs to the Service team; support data collection and site surveys.
• Manage new customer handoffs to the Controls team and track pricing/ rebates.
• Facilitate handoffs to Installation team; ensure all documents are complete before handoff.
• Coordinate conference/trade shows; source booth materials; handle on-site logistics.
• Create deal records in HubSpot; maintain accurate deal data and organized folders.
• Assist in drafting proposals and attachments for controls and service agreements.
• Support post-sale onboarding: collect onboarding forms and pre-populate customer data.
• Assist Marketing: generate target lists, segment lists, manage opt-outs.
