Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a customer-focused retention specialist to support subscribers from a home-based setup with periodic office visits to collect equipment. You will retain, upsell and cross-sell Beer52 products, while safeguarding satisfaction and loyalty through thoughtful communication and proactive issue resolution.

The role emphasizes empathy, negotiation, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, globally distributed BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer retention or sales is preferred to drive subscriber value.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve concerns and offer retention options.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound retention calls.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and negotiate retention offers.
• Retain customers in line with Beer52 guidelines and protocols.
• Attend 1:1s, meetings, huddles and trainings.
• Attend cross-trainings and upskilling.
