Seller’s Hub, Inc. is seeking a Repeat Contact Associate / Customer Retention Associate to drive follow-ups, engage customers, and convert high-intent leads into sales. You will use chat and outbound calls to reconnect with recent buyers and sustain revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college graduate; undergraduates welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Taglish-friendly.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and direct customer engagement.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Sales-driven with good closing and persuasion skills.
• Detail-oriented with data tracking ability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: follow-ups via text, chat and outbound calls to hot, warm, and high-intent leads; re-engage non-purchasers; proactive outreach to maximize sales opportunities.
• Upsell & Cross-Sell Execution: recommend products based on purchase history; promote bundles and upgrades; maximize AOV.
• Inquiry Handling: respond clearly via chat and calls; handle objections; provide product knowledge and recommendations.
• Retention Campaign Execution: follow-up campaigns via chat and outbound calls; support broadcast campaigns; ensure timely messaging.
• Data Tracking & Reporting: track responses and outcomes; update CRM with data; identify and escalate insights for strategy.
