HelloConnect is seeking a proactive live chat agent to join our pioneer account. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing general inquiries, billing, and switching process issues, and coordinating with support teams to resolve complex cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably live chat support.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to handle multiple chats and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in live chat.
• Resolve inquiries, billing, and switching process issues to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with 2nd Level Support for complex cases.
• Develop understanding of HelloConnect products and industry topics.
