Responsibilities

• Drive Conversion Through High-Quality Conversations: engage with prospective patients via chat, SMS, and email; identify concerns; guide to a decision; turn conversations into purchases.
• Reduce churn & protect revenue: identify at-risk customers; intervene with context and empathy; clarify expectations to prevent churn.
• Own the Patient Experience in Real Time: act as bridge between patient, provider, pharmacy, and internal teams; resolve issues quickly.
• Improve the Funnel: provide feedback to marketing/product/ops; refine messaging, FAQs, and workflows; contribute to experiments.
• Execute with Speed + Precision: meet SLAs; document cases clearly; handle high volume with accuracy and speed.
