Job summary

Art Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Studio Manager to keep the studio running smoothly while supporting the founder directly. The role is full-time and remote, aligned to Sydney business hours (6am–2pm Philippine time) from Monday to Friday.

You will manage the founder's inbox and calendar, coordinate with teams, and handle day-to-day studio administration, ensuring deadlines and meetings stay on track.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years managing a busy office in an employed role.
• Experience supporting a founder, CEO or senior executive.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Google Workspace; Asana and AI tools are a plus.
• A quiet home workspace with reliable internet and backup power.

Responsibilities

• Manage the founder's inbox and calendar, and book meetings and meeting rooms accurately.
• Keep the founder copied in on correspondence and up to date on what is happening.
• Run day-to-day studio admin, documents and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and Marketing Lead to keep projects and deadlines on track.
• Support client, artist and event logistics.
