Job summary

C9 Pty is seeking a Project Coordinator VA for software development projects. Location is Cebu or Manila, Philippines, with Remote-first setup aligned to Australian business hours (AEST).

This role focuses on coordinating software development activities, documenting progress, and ensuring on-schedule deliveries. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT project roles, practical SDLC knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, IT Project Administration, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting software development or IT-related projects.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across software development and IT projects.
• Track tasks, milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain project boards, task lists, documentation, and project records.
• Follow up on blockers and overdue tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, project calls, and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and maintain action items and decisions.
• Assist with project status updates, reports, schedules, and progress tracking.
• Help coordinate requirements, development activities, testing, bug fixes, and releases.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain organised project documentation and ensure information is current.
• Communicate status to clients and internal teams.
• Support Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and technical teams.
