Job summary

C9 is seeking a Project Coordinator for Software Development/IT in the Philippines. The role supports coordination, administration, and day-to-day management of software development projects, aligning with developers, PMs, clients, and stakeholders to track tasks and keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates have practical IT project experience, knowledge of SDLC, and comfort working with technical teams. Remote-first, aligned to Australian business hours (AEST).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or IT project support.
• Experience supporting software development or IT projects.
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across software development and IT projects.
• Track tasks, milestones, deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Maintain project boards, documentation and records.
• Follow up on tasks, blockers and deadlines with developers and team members.
• Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare meeting agendas and capture actions and decisions.
• Support status updates, reports, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate requirements, development activities, testing, and releases.
