Job summary

AdminEdge in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator to support multiple active projects and ensure deadlines, approvals, and deliverables stay on track. You will report to the Project Manager and drive tasks from quotation through production, shipping, installation, and closeout.

The role acts as a hub between clients, engineering, overseas manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English for U.S. clients.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.
• Able to read and understand technical/shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from quotation through final installation and closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, engineering/drafting teams, overseas manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and installers.
• Respond to client emails and project requests professionally.
• Resolve design clarifications and obtain approvals.
• Identify delays or risks and escalate to the Project Manager.
• Maintain project trackers and records.
