Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor advertising projects from project confirmation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, Sales Team, Production Team, Installation Team, and other departments regarding project requirements and schedules.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, work orders, job orders, quotations, and other necessary records.
• Monitor project timelines, production status, delivery schedules, and installation schedules.
• Follow up on pending materials, approvals, production requirements, and other project concerns.
• Ensure that project specifications, dimensions, designs, materials, and other requirements are properly communicated to the concerned departments.
• Assist in scheduling production, delivery, and installation activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and concerned personnel.
• Immediately report delays, errors, changes, or other issues that may affect project completion.
• Coordinate revisions or changes requested by clients and ensure proper communication to the appropriate teams.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining updated project monitoring records.
• Ensure that completed projects are properly documented and endorsed to the concerned department or client.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to advertising projects as assigned by management.
