Job summary

MTC Ads and General Merchandise in the Philippines (Pampanga region) is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination, and timely execution of printing, signage fabrication, and branding projects. You will liaise between clients, sales, production, and suppliers to ensure clear requirements and on-time deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects, operations support, or admin coordination.
• Familiarity with process implementation, progress monitoring, and multi-task coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and timely execution of printing, signage, and branding projects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Administrative, Design, Production, and Installation teams to endorse job orders.
• Develop and monitor schedules, timelines, and work plans to meet scope and deadlines.
• Monitor day-to-day progress and address delays proactively.
• Ensure accurate project requirements, specs, and client expectations across departments.
• Act as primary communication between clients, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review layouts, mock-ups, and production requirements before production begins.
• Track milestones and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
• Maintain project quality by aligning outputs with client specs and company standards.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for timely materials and supplies.
• Identify risks and issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and records.
• Provide updates to management and departments on progress and needs.
• Foster positive working relationships to promote collaboration and efficiency.
• Perform additional coordination and admin duties as assigned.
