Job summary

Coconut is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support Shopify-powered interactions. The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with a split shift in EST (10AM–5PM seasonally, 11AM–3PM weekdays when applicable).

You will handle inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have Shopify experience, strong communication, and a drive to become a full customer service lead managing policies and AI support flows.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience with Shopify
• Available 11am–3pm EST on weekdays and some weekend hours
• Ambition to grow into a full customer service lead role handling policy, product feedback, and AI support training

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via multiple channels in a timely, professional manner
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues promptly
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
• Document customer interactions in the CRM and maintain records
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution
• Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and account updates
• Maintain strong product and service knowledge
• Identify customer needs and suggest solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction and efficiency
• Meet SLAs and quality standards
