Coconut is hiring a Customer Service Representative (VA) to support Shopify-based inquiries and orders. You will respond across channels, resolve issues, document interactions, and uphold SLAs in a remote team.

This role is 20 hours per week, with an EST schedule (11am–3pm weekdays, occasional weekend hours). Ideal candidates grow into a full customer service lead, shaping policy, product feedback, and AI-support flows.

• Shopify experience is required.
• Ability to handle inquiries via multiple channels.
• Strong focus on timely, professional resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
• Resolve concerns and service issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Document interactions in the CRM accurately and escalate when needed.
• Assist with orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as required.
• Collaborate with teams to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
• Aim to meet SLAs and maintain quality standards.
