Job summary

Shopify experience is required.
Experience in customer service, preferably eCommerce.
Experience handling customer support via email, live chat, and social media.
Strong written English communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails regarding order status, shipping updates, returns, and general inquiries.
Provide real-time customer support through Shopify Chat.
Respond to customer messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, refunds, exchanges, and other support requests.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding order issues or escalations when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved concerns.
Ensure all customer communications reflect the company's brand and professionalism.
