Job summary

Booth and Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Peak Design campaigns in the Philippines. The fixed-term contract is 5 months and primarily remote, with occasional onsite reporting as required.

The role targets 3–4 years of ecommerce customer service, Shopify proficiency, and strong communication. You will handle emails, chats, orders, shipping issues, warranties, and post-purchase support with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of ecommerce customer service experience.
• Hands-on Shopify experience is required.
• Experience handling shipping, order tracking, delivery delays, and fulfillment-related concerns.
• Experience with Gladly or similar ticketing/helpdesk systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through email and chat using Gladly, assisting with product inquiries, orders, shipping, warranties, returns, refunds, and other post-purchase concerns.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Peak Design products to provide accurate guidance.
• Review and process warranty claims, assess issues, and arrange eligible replacements when required.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve shipment tracking and delivery concerns.
