Job summary

Gentask Virtual Assistance Services seeks a Shopify Virtual Assistant to support client Shopify stores on a part-time, remote basis. Responsibilities include managing product updates, processing orders, handling inquiries, and monitoring inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Shopify and managing Shopify websites.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketing strategies.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design and social media management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update Shopify websites for clients, including adding products, updating product descriptions, and ensuring website layout and design are visually appealing and user-friendly
• Process orders and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with clients to ensure products are in stock
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix any technical issues or errors
• Keep up to date with Shopify updates and new features to optimize clients' websites
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase website traffic
• Provide regular reports to clients on website performance and sales metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services provided to clients
