Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails regarding order status, shipping updates, returns, and inquiries.
• Provide real-time support through Shopify Chat.
• Respond to messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist with product inquiries, order tracking, refunds, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams on escalations when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Ensure all communications reflect the brand professionally.
