Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with Shopify
• Available from 11am-3pm EST on weekdays + some weekend hours
• Ambition to grow into a full customer service lead overseeing policy, product feedback, and AI training flows

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
• Document customer interactions and maintain CRM records
• Escalate complex issues when needed
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
• Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, or account updates
• Maintain knowledge of products and services
• Identify customer needs and suggest solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve satisfaction and efficiency
• Meet SLAs, response times, and quality standards
