Job summary

Atos Information Technology GmbH seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, build, integrate, secure, and support the ServiceNow AI Platform. You will work across platform configuration, enterprise integration, intelligent automation, and governance to deliver scalable capabilities.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, exposure to Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and MID Server, and collaboration with architects, security teams, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Current ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required.
• CTA preferred; extensive hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience.
• At least 8+ years in platform engineering and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, configure, and support ServiceNow platform across development, testing, and production environments.
• Build reusable platform services using App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, business rules, and APIs.
• Implement secure integrations using REST, SOAP, and web services with proper governance.
• Define data models, security controls, and integration governance for AI-enabled workflows.
