Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Engineer who will design, build, integrate, secure, optimize, and support the ServiceNow AI Platform. The role will provide hands‑on engineering expertise across platform configuration, enterprise integration, intelligent automation, security, performance, release management, and technical governance.

In this global role, you will design and deliver next‑generation AI-powered solutions, intelligent workflows, and reusable accelerators that strengthen our ServiceNow portfolio and help shape the future of digital transformation.
You will work closely with architects, product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders across regions to build scalable platform capabilities, develop differentiated intellectual property, and accelerate the adoption of AI‑driven automation. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep ServiceNow expertise with a passion for emerging AI technologies and enterprise‑scale innovation.
