Atos Data seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on CRM and CSM to design, configure, and implement advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with architects, business stakeholders, and customer operations teams to translate requirements into scalable CRM workflows, AI-powered automations, and enterprise integrations.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, Now Assist GenAI, AI Agents, and GenAI workflows, with a remote setup operating on US time zones.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with CRM/CSM workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience in enterprise/consulting settings.
• Strong understanding of customer service operations and CRM workflow automation.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and IntegrationHub.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow CRM/CSM solutions and custom apps.
• Develop and enhance CSM workflows: Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge and Service Portals.
• Implement intelligent workflows using Now Assist GenAI, AI Agents, and AI-powered processes.
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, and governance; ensure secure, scalable solutions.
